What have the Nopesport Forums (& Nopesport) achieved?

I certainly have evidence that BOF are not only listening but taking note and acting on it ( won't go into details but you'd be suprised at some of the late night phone calls I get when I'm a little too "robust" )

It's impossible to calculate how much nopesport has done for the sport but it is enormous and right from the outset I thought it was something special worth supporting.

And personally, I got a free week's holiday in Malvern

At least, Mrs H, you are giving what is close to evidence to support the contention. One of the things that dismays me about Nopesport (but I wouldn't be a regular reader or contributor if I thought it was awful, would I?) is how quick some people are to react without actually reading carefully what someone said. I think the style they use and the dismissive way they respond must dissuade many less thick-skinned potential contributors.

Actually I feel a bit like the young boy who said the Emperor had no clothes, as others have assumed I was attacking Nopesport, whereas I believe I was doing it a favour. Without evidence to support a claim, all the Nopesport enthusiasts can claim all they like, it doesn't argue their case. But if they had evidence ...

Can I remind you what my only post on this topic has been:

Have you any evidence to prove that the changes and improvements you quote are due to the existence of Nopesport?

No criticism of Nopesport in that as far as I can see!

Do they have similar topics and similar characters who post, or is Nopesport unique in the o-world?

There's the Attackpoint forum, but (even allowing for the American bias) I tend to find that that makes for rather more, erm, bland reading than Nopesport. It's certainly lacking in "similar characters"...
