Re: O-Ringen
I'm also puzzled about where to find info about the sprint.
The live results service for the O-Ringen is pretty good though: http://www.oringenonline.com/OLA/Default.aspx?PageType=Country&UseSmallPages=0&Language=1033&MarkLast=15&UpdateEvery=0&StartNr=0&EventID=1&Race=662&ClubSearch=&PersonSearch=%3b&SortColumn=3&Country=GBR&Class=133&Day=2&RowStartPos=0&RowCount=500

Re: O-Ringen
Looks like the start order is the reverse of IOF ranking - which I think might be the rule. Table is here

And followed up with a good second yesterday. Keep it up today.
Do all results count towards overall position or can results be dropped as in the Scottish 6 days? I couldn't find the answer on the O Ringen site but guess the system will be the same as other years.

Re: O-Ringen
It's the total time over all 5 days that counts. So, with the chasing start, the position in which you cross the line is your final position. He's managed 3rd overall which I think he'll be pleased with. Looks as though that course has caught a lot of people out today.

The area was superb, both physically and technically - one of the most challenging and best courses I've run in ages - I just wish I had been fresher to do it more justice. More specifically, some of the junior courses, and even more specifically Aidan's (and Zac's, Joey's etc.) H13 course was way more technical than they had run previously during the week, and probably more technical than anything at home.
