As Harry's analysis shows - our women's and men's results are absolutely on a par, which shows our women are as motivated and hard working as our men.
No-one expects the women to run as fast as the men - physical differences are accepted. Would you deny there are fundamental psychological differences aslo ? I'd suggest it is fundamental female psychology that results in the navigational performances you saw yesterday.
I absolutely agree that if you could find the key then the opportunity is there and perhaps from that perspective worth investing in, but it would be a mistake to say it is a significantly easier place to look for improvement
