Am I the only one following the relay then
Must say, I wouldn't have picked the men's relay teams in that combination. Can see it's a difficult decision but I won't say what my choices would have been because I don't want to upset any athletes and their supporters.

Good runs from Rhodri and Ralph though, go go Matt!
Girls seem a bit back but I don't see any changes to the teams that would have made a massive difference.
