Twisters vs Tigers

Hi all,

I need to get a new pair of o-shoes after my current pair (VJ Integrators) fell apart at a recent event.

I'm currently trying to decide between a pair of VJ Twisters vs Olway Tigers. Going to go with the Twisters over the Integrators as I've a narrow foot and I find the Twisters more comfortable last time round.

Which would be a better shoe do people think? Also, what are the sizings like? I normally go for a half size less than my normal shoe when buying VJs? Do the Olways tend to be bigger or smaller than normal running shoes?
