Does anyone have to hand a template (.doc etc) for an on-the-day entry form; the thing that gets handed out when entering the car park.
Is this something worth standardising for EOD events using SI or Emit?

Re: EODSEF
We have been using these forms for events using SI in the south of Scotland. There are two versions. One for C3 and one better suited to C4&5.
I haven't, but probably should have, changed them (or use someone else's work) to take into account the changes in insurance.

Thanks! But do you need "Data Protection Act" and "You take part at your own risk" disclaimers on each sheet (as in the BOF SEF) and can you still ask for a "BOF number" as "BOF" / "BO" are deprecated - even though
http://www.britishorienteering.org.uk/downloads/documents/StandardEntryForm.pdf still says "BOF number".
Another complication down south is we need to know if the person is a LBOM from a different region - I guess that's less likely in Scotland for most C3/C4 events.
