I want to walk up the side of the mountain, I want to walk down the other side of the mountain. I want to swim in the river, lie in the sun. I want to try being nice to everyone.

Hussey, you are so excommunicated from the church of musical taste. There will be trouble!

Just in case any of you think the Orienteering is important and not just the Ceilidh (which I am looking forward to) can you note that provisional results will appear during the weekend here.

Re: Edinburgh Big Weekend
The sprint race today - great map, loved the intricate running around the closes off the Royal Mile, and the weird grassy section outside the Scottish Parliament right at the end was good fun. The Old Town is a top area for sprint races, and nice and hilly too. If Venice didn't clash, I would definitely be back in November for the UKCC race there.
Shame I disqualified myself by crossing the road at the North Bridge/Royal Mile junction. I had my map folded right on the red hashing, so I never saw it was out of bounds, and crossed it at the pedestrian crossing along with the crowds. The results show 30 or so runners made the same mistake - oops!

Re: Edinburgh Big Weekend
was a fantastic event, love these type of races
21-22 wasn't obvious - I was just outside the Tron church when I realised I couldn't go across the road (One that I run across myself now and again!) so had to go down and round. Going to have a go at my dad now cos he crossed it
Pity I missed out number 3 by mistake

Thanks guys.
The map was excellent among the closes off the Royal Mile. How long did it take to map?

The controller has just confirmed that the leg is to be removed and a new set of results have been posted.
We hope that everyone, not just househusband, will be happy.
