Forest of Dean Accomodation

Hi.
Birmingham University O Club are hoping to do a mini training weekend in the Forest of Dean of the weekend 11-13th Jan. Struggling to find cheap places to stay. Can any one help? Would be great if people knew of places and could either post names/contact details here or PM me.

OUOC stayed many times in Soudley village hall. Excellent location (e.g. night relays on Blakeney with changeovers at the hall) but I'm afraid that any contacts from our stays there will be long out-of-date. Could be worth pursuing though.

If you want beds, the Dean Field Studies Centre in Parkend sleeps up to 60. It too has an excellent location.
