I wish that picture on the BOF front page didn't look like two guys in their pajamas standing in a school classroom. I thought the squaddies had some flash jackets or something to wear - a plain wall behind them would have looked better too It's a fine example of how to make the exceptional look ordinary.

That's 'smart casual' at the annual Inaugaural dinner. We don't wear our tracksuits 24 hours a day, and especially not to dinner. But i understand what you mean.

Yes, GG, but the background could have been more effective for a photo that was presumably taken specifically for publication.
