In the men's you have to fancy GBR - sadly I have to go out controlling so will miss it.

Just started watching -- looks like last leg of women's relay was 6-7 minutes of so quicker than legs 1 and 2. Was there any comment about this on the earlier audio (when present!)?

Not sure about women but "The men run 2 legs of 8.6 km / 175 m climb, and the final leg 6.5 km, 110 m climb. Estimated fastest times are 50 mins legs 1 and 2, 35 minutes for leg 3."

Yes:
09:21:27 - The women's 3 legs are 6.1, 6.1 and 5.4 km. - 40, 40 and 30 minutes.

The leaders actually managed 38, 38, 30.

I got a snippet of audio which said 5 runners were clear at first radio it then said "Great ....." and stopped which either means GG is having a flier, or its Great news for Hong Kong
