Long final got under way at 7.30 our time this morning. JD and Jamie both off neaar the end, at 8.33/8.37.Pippa already out in the forest in 5th place at first radio control.

It sounds like the conditions are already hot and humid, and getting worse. Early runners appear to be taking longer than expected through the radio controls. This could be an epic... :?:

Pippa and Helen have started steadily. Good luck Jon and Jamie!

Jamie in 18th at Radio 1, JD 21st. Women very hard to track as they're going through all 4 radio controls at once!! :?
