The British Team are in good spirits and well prepared for the races starting tomorrow. Its going to be a really exciting week with probably the most open races ever seen at JWOC.
The terrain is very technical but also very physical, athletes who can keep in control and have consistent runs will be well rewarded.
The sprint race tomorrow is going to be very exciting, being held around the famous Western Plains Zoo, athletes will need to be particularly careful that they don't wander into any out of bounds areas!
Thanks everybody for your messages of support, the team appreciate everybody's good wishes.
Whilst Jason and I would appreciate constructive criticism post-jwoc we would appreciate it if everybody could try to focus on the positive aspects of the results during the week. Your support and encouragement will be very well received by the team.

Too right Candyman and Jase.
I was really impressed with the guys and girls that came to Gothenburg earlier this Spring. I remember thinking afterwards how suprised I was with just how good they were. I hope they realise how good they are. They can stand on that JWOC startline with big fat smiles and 100% confidence, just love that feeling boys and girls
