Two men arrested in Scotland in connection with the Glasgow Airport attack are not "home-grown terrorists", Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill said.

His comments followed searches of a number of homes in Neuk Crescent, Houston, Renfrewshire.


Isn't Neuk Cres the road where Donald Petrie lived?

I used to live at No 10 Neuk Crescent, Houston and moved away 3 1/2 years ago. The house being searched is No 6 Neuk Crescent. It has been rented out to various people over the past 15 years, and I understand the 2 Asians who were involved in the Glasgow Airport attack moved in to No 6 5 or 6 weeks ago. Strange seeing my old street on the TV.

I was glad I was watching the Swedish news with subtitles when the local glaswegian eye witnesses were interviewed. Couldn't understand a noping word, I'm not joking.
