Phew, that was a hard week!
Emily had a great ride for 2nd in the sprint and 5th in the long. Andy Conn (finally) got a decent postion in the long (this guy lives and breathes MTBO). Rest of us got the usual mediocre postions; top 10 is a fair way off after seeing the speed of the top guys go past me on the hills.
The orienteering was generally quite easy, once you had got used to what the Italians called a fast going track (in the UK it would probably not even denote a rideable track!). The terrain, coupled with the heat, was a killer.
We obviously ruled at the banquet. Now I just need a passout for the Worlds in Czech...
I have scans of the sprint, middle and long. Can I post them on here without messing around finding somewhere to host them?
