It looks great, though with no sound I have no idea what is being said. One point however, assuming it's aimed at non orienteers what will they make of "M12" in the credit?

Fantastic video Alex. Sprint O has to be the way forward for orienteering promotion - potentially attracting the runners who perhaps want a little more than pounding round the streets but have been put off by the difficulty of ordinary orienteering.

Hope we're going to see videos of all the races on YouTube from Alex.

Great video, not sure about wide-boy Barrable as a talking head but anyway...

Alex has inspired me to dust off the JK sprint race clips and do something with them. Results are here. You definitely need the sound for this one.
