Difficult choice.
I enjoy racing people head-to-head on Route Gadget though.

was tough choice between routegadget and catching features but route gadget is probably more useful in race analysis etc

CF and routgadget they are very differnt, but routegadget is good for learning from the routes that the very best guys take and knowing exactly where you lost time, which helps you to improve. And catching features coz it is very fun and the JWOC idea* could be more useful than anything else if it becomes more comonly done.

yeh, I only just discovered routegadget and i really like it! I like seeing how much distance on the ground my mistakes cost me.

Routegadget is really great! you can see exactly why you lost/gained time rather than just which legs it was on.

Hate to burst your bubble...but without OCAD we wouldnt have any decent maps.

I see what you mean, but I personally don't find Ocad most useful. I've used it once.

you are probably right alex, because i think routegadget does need OCAD to work.

Yh route gadget has to be the best. But I think Route Gadget should team up with catching features to develop the greatest orienteering software ever!

Yh I suppose Rob F is right. Ocad is the most useful But if it was: Which orienteering program is the best? I would go for Route Gadget.
