UK Relay League Guidelines

Does anyone know where I can find the UK Relay League Guidelines? I have looked on the BOF event guidelines page, and it has everything except the UKRL.

why is it necessary to quote the whole of someones post when there are no intrvening posts ?

I found this http://www.britishorienteering.org.uk/d ... uim1p0.pdf at the bottom of it, it says that these are an amendment to the "normal" relay rules, just for this competition. Dunno whether that answers your question.

Mark Saunders is the co-ordinator, so he should know where the guidelines are. Why not ask him?
