Just like to say well done to everyone. Thought it was great fun. Roll on the next similar event.
These type of events must raise the profile of the sport. even in my office this mornng, there is interest that I was running round Oxford on Saturday and I could explain the nature of the event. Some of the runners saying, "might give that a go if you have an event in Cardiff etc."
Never any real interest if I have been to an event in the FoD etc.

great fun especially in the science area (m14) could have done with an extra control in there though to make it even more exciting. Well organised, can't wait for another one.

Thanks Duncan - glad to hear you enjoyed it. Planning the junior courses was a completely different task from the city courses - I hoped you would appreciate a Sprint Race style course with the contrast of the Science Area and the Parks. Very impressed by the time you did as well!!

The fairly extensive planner's comments are now online - just to give people an insight into the thinking behind the courses etc

Strange split times
If you look at the split times on the Emit site, there are some runners who have no time for a few controls and yet aren't disqualified - on SplitsBrowser, the same legs show a time of 99:00. I guess this must be some sort of Emit problem - can anyone explain it, please?
