OK I've just spenty ages going through the BOF website trying to find out what the current levy rate is - and I give up! It's not on the site map and the search doesn'y seem to work - I know someone out there will have it at their finger tips! Please do tell.

You add up the Seniors who ran and mulitply by £1.10p and the the Juniors who ran and multiply by 0.22p.
Then deduct the first £50 which you don't have to pay.

If the remaining levy due exceeds £20 then you send it to the National Office together form ER3 (plus results) which you will have received after registering your event.
If levy is less than £20 you can pay as part of the club annual return, but you still have to submit the ER3 with a set of results within six weeks of the event.

You should have been given an event registration from (ER something) which has the rates and the calculations as Peter suggests. That would have been supplied along with an Incident report form, BOF Insurance etc.

Yeah, yeah, I have people to do all that boring stuff - I'm just trying to work out how much money i've made so that I know how much I can spend on adverts and prizes! You know me Peter - always trying to scrape a few pounds together to make things more fun - thanks for the info - and well done today

All adults come under the adult levy unless they are students (make sure they put their uni down so u can identify them) for students you just pay the junior rates.

Are unwaged/unemployed adults treated the same even if they pay concession rates?
