Tomorrow we get a chance to see if the predictions on the BOF News page are accurate:
The women's relay team will be aiming for a repeat of their medal winning performances of 2002 and 2004 while the men's team is strong enough to aim for the gold medal.
putting pressure on but if they are good enough it shouldn't be a problem

Well done to the girls, BOF obviously got it wrong in their pre event literature, but hey isn't it usually the girls who perform at the big events.(Jamie excepted before anyone makes the implication):wink: I guess there might be a few new faces at the next WUOC, as some of our team have been consistent performers for a while now.
Diets and fitness are no good if you can't read the map.
