World Class Spelling

Did anyone else spot it(We didn't until looking at our photos) Orienteering was spelt wrong on the IOF banner on the podium at the World Champs? It was Orieenteering
Diets and fitness are no good if you can't read the map.

but misspelt three times!

its refreshing to see that even the World Orieenteering Championships Organisers can miss even the most obvious thing... :lol:

Yes - the banner in question is an advert for the Dansk Orienterings-Forbund (Danish Orienteering Federation).

Aye, somone probably wrote it out, only got told that it was double e... shame the didnt tell 'em which e was to be doubled...

I notice all the official photos cut it off was that deliberate or was it good photographers just getting their target of the medalists. The only photo with it in was one of the sprint.
THanks for putting your photo up Simon cos I'm an amateur at that bit and Hubby's photos are not quite up to yours.
