like the idea - measure your route, and save it as well.
not so good for any off-road stuff you may be doing unfortunately.
but i like that you can measure out different runs through your chosen city and recall them when you decide how far you want to run each day.

pretty good, but can by quite unacurate and the map is vague. if people want to measure their routes i recommend going onto multimap or streetmap and ripping the tiles you need off of there, going into paint and constructing your base map, then drop it into OCAD as a template and measure of there, you'll get you climb aswell.

I've found this site really good for measuring distances. Pretty easy to use for measuring and very good indeed once you get the hang of it.

Or run round with a gps on your wrist and then download onto google earth. Garmin 305 is brilliant. Tells you how far you have run and shows the route you actually run. You can also see where you ran round in circles when lost. Wonder if there is a way to get it working with route gadget.
