It is so true, it applies even more so in the 'heatwave' of the summer. My PC had already crashed twice before I wrote this msg!

Imagine cars doing the same in the heat? Summer holidays would be hell!!

Sorry to break this to you but PCs crashing more in the summer has nothing to do with Microsoft and everything to do with shoddy manufacturers cutting corners with cheap, under cooled components.

Peter G, that is what I meant, might not chosen the words as carefully as I would have liked. I was going off the Microsoft thing a touch.

My PC does an annoying beeping when on the verge of over-heating, but thats Sony for you
