Some excellent news from Slovenia and relay.
The mens team win a silver medal - originally 3rd but swedes got disq after finishing in the lead.
Hector outsprinting the czechs at the end.
Great result from the guys.
Sorry We didnt get a final position from the Womens team.
Hopefully full results will be up soon on eyoc website.
Great boost for the JWOC team. Well done GBR and the staff - James Williams and Heather Burrows.

EYOC relay silver medals had a mention on radio 4 's Today programme - I have just had a phone call from my mother who heard it!

Someone at work here just mentioned hearing it on Radio 4 this morning - apparently in response to Britain's recent sporting failures they were asking listeners for any examples of recent British success - well done that person who told them about EYOC!

They had asked the day before for folks to ring in with any examples of current British Sporting success to counterbalance the failures of England at cricket and football, and the general British malaise at Wimbledon.
