Top event, especially on the first map.
Needed that mega double cheese burger at the finish.....

Echo Stodge. Really enjoyed it looking back. Dave Rollins did a great job planning it.

Mustn't have tried very hard if a double cheese is all you had at the end. I had that AND a Bacon Butty. I also had to stop in Ash? enroute to buy a can of coke and a fudge as I blew BIG time.

Marky had a great weekend - What a guy! He's dicided to accept an offer of selection for the European Champs. He would do the Worlds Champs, but he is on Hols with the Family.

I decided having tired legs was not enough so did 1.5hrs canoe polo last night when I got home to finish me off. Got home and saw a car to be unpacked after a weeks holiday -
