I think the turnout will be lower than normal on our class?

i'm not an M18 (obviously), but it might be a lower turnout, coz people going to world schools and away and can't go.

I think im going with family, Staying with clyde, there probs will be space in my car from glasgow, You could comeover and stay herefor a piss up on the friday,
But not sure where you could stay sat night, Im not sure i;ve even got a place with clyde.

it's just the HOC 1 that world schools people can't go to. i guess not many people are gona go up to the CLYDE 1 though. i'm only gona go if i carry on doing shockingly and need some points!

Aye, im there. After my horrible results at the first FCC races and British im gonna b lookin 4 some real points on the board. Hopefully, few people will go so even if ure well down on time, fairly good points r urs. That doesn't mean im gonna try for less tho?!!!

The HOC FCC is still gonna have lots of competitors though, judging from what dad says (he's the entry man)

just seen the map, it looks great, it was the boc relays in 96, if anyone ran/rememebers. I got lost on m12 relay i was 9 at the time

yeah I remember. i was 7 and i was mis entered on the Junior add hoc on orange haviong only done whites

tsh i hadnt heard of orienteering then let alone entered BOC! but to be fair i wasnt exactly living in the country, so i guess i a bit of relative newcomer

i wasn't at boc 96, i started oing properly at the end of 97 (i think my first event was the november classic).

but i remember the JK98 relays in Wales, i was on orange on the ad hoc and i got totally lost...

Yeah well I first orienteered in 93, went to my first Jk in 94. This will be my tenth Jk coming up.

erm, i started being carried round string courses in rucksacks at the age of 1! dads been oing since secondary skool. but this will be my 7th JK

I started o in '99 when i was 11 on yellow
I went to the british in 2000, individ i did shat but stormed around the 2km orange relay in 13 mins
I was well pleased
I don't know why i haveen't been to any jk's / boc's since then
