No, Duncan Coombs had picked up to 105th by the 4th spectator for OK Tyr 1. Missed Palmer.

re english commentary: you can get the arena commentary by opening the sound stream on the online page, doesn't fit in with the pictures though.

lars øyvind amundsen is signed in in halden sk together with jon pedersen. but they are still running for trøsken.
he trained a lot in winter with us, he is a fast guy but a shitty orienteerer!

but props to him! not bad!

Seemed a bit out of breath still. Needs to do bit more interval work.
