I am looking for 5 relatively good M/W21+ footballers to form a team to play a game at the JK event centre on Saturday afternoon. It would be helpful if you were either staying at the event centre or were willing to get there. The match would take place after the orienteering, probably between about 5 and 6pm, this does clash with the BOF AGM. If anybody is willing to volunteer or for any further info, PM me or email peterb_103(at)hotmail.com
Thankyou
JK footballers needed!

Bowen, why would anyone want to be in your football team.
If anyone here who is even thinking about joining his team, think about this, he let in three goals as a goaly at the peter palmers, one a back pass which went right under his foot. He was so bad they put him out field he even cocked that up everytime he touched it .
Let that be a warning.
WARNING!!!PLAYING FOOTBALL WITH BOWEN DAMAGES YOUR REPUTATION.

That'll be a couple of weeks before they get relegated then !!! Maybe he should apply for the first team instead

Ancient Grouse who is over 21 once played in a 5 a side at the scottish. Less than 5 mins play and two pulled hamstrings. Not a pretty sight and definitely not a happy parrot or should I say Grouse. You can guarantee he wont be volunteering. Mind you that is probably a good thing

Diets and fitness are no good if you can't read the map.

A stern test would be the first placed british team at the Scottish (ASS FC) but I doubt we'll be able to play for two reasons
1. It would be embarrassing for the junior team, we're awesome.
2. We wouldn't all be able to play.
Oh well...never mind.

yeah gonna have to agree with james and lynas there. finding the football pitch was hard enough without the embarrasment of the actual play
luckily the year before i managed to switch to the opposition after the first game
now thats teamplay!
