BOC Predictions
Whats the gossip ahead of BOC? Who's in form? Who's injured? How are the relay teams shaping up? The commentary team want to hear your views.

The men's relay should be really exciting, with lots of good teams competing. ShUOC & EUOC will be strong, INT & SYO have their foreign based athletes back and I believe WAROC have made some good close season signings. I'm sure there are other teams I have missed.
In the women's it should be a battle between CLOK and SYO.
The field for the elite races is also strong - would not like to call those!

need to be careful here buzz - to the less discerning viewer, this could reek of insider information. i'll be watchin the bookies to see if any last minute large bets are placed - then i will be screaming Match Fixing and pointing the authourities in your direction!
Not sure if he is going, but following his victory at BUSA, surely Mr Strain is in with a shot?
