Game Soup

I was in town at the weekend looking for a prezzie for the wife.
She likes cooking and likes cookbooks, so I went to the bookstore and was browsing the cookery section when I saw a book called Roadside Diner.
It turned out to be a book of roadkill recipes; badgers, rabbits, pheasants, hedghogs etc. It is written by a chap called Arthur Boyt, who is also an orienteer.

Anyone heard of him ?

Wasn’t going to mention it but...
He did manage to make it into the back pages of "The Chemical Engineer" not sure how they managed to tie in eating road kill and chemical engineering but it happened
