Were having quite an interesting debate in the Irish Forum about this, and i want to see what all ye think. Question is: What kind of music gets you pumped for running before an event? (or just for training?)

as to which one i find works best, it depends what mood i am in. although, i have found that Bonnie Tyler works for most occasions.

on the way to an event it's usually a case of sticking the Ipod on shuffle and seeing what comes up... but during a race i'm usually humming "Firestarter" by the Prodigy on the downhills, and something altogether slower on the way back up... phew!
