I went to school with a girl called Mary Christmas!!
Also had a friend who's brother was called Robin Wren. What other great names do you know?

No Christmassy names, but a couple of years ago I did try to coach hockey to a class containing:-

Alfred Hitchcock (not a film director), Ted Hughes (not the Poet Laureate) and Maximilian (definitely not a Holy Roman Emperor) - crazy names, crazy guys. But sadly, not talented sportsmen.

Again no christmassy names but i did have a friend who's dad's name was Neil Armstrong (Not the Astronaut) and two of my primary school teachers was called Mrs Book and Mr Kid.

At school, I knew a family of 5 girls, surname Wood. They were all named after trees: Rose Wood, Holly Wood, Cherry Wood, Laurel Wood. Can't remember the other but it will be equally sad. I felt so sorry for them!
