The junior selection notice said that all known form up to six weeks before the competition would be taken into account, so that will be the sort of timescale for when the junior selections are made. Haven't yet been able to find out when the race is yet though (usually sometime in Feb/Mar)!!

Certainly some amusement in our household to see that I was 9th reserve for M40/M45! Anyone know if "Kind Hearts and Coronets" is on TV over Christmas - a potentially inspiring film.

The BOF website is mis-leading, as it is only the Veteran selections that have so far been announced. The Junior and Senior selections should be announced in early/mid Jan next year.
