as much as i agree with peter b and mrs h, as a law student, terms cant be incorportated unless they are sufficiently noticable. where they?? i aint no lord denning but i agree with them, I hink there was
reasonable attention drawn to the terms and conditions.

also this is a social agreement which means there is no legal grounds, i think to sue me. or the website or nopesport.com none of us are gaining any financial benefit from this, under contract law (i havent done tort or criminal law yet) unless we get an invite to a wedding or a divorce party...

You can't have a remedy in contract if there's no contract - you're right Paddy. There's only a tortious remedy if you owe people a duty of care and although I could probably construct an argument that you do I'm not sure even Lord Denning would accept it.
However, if there is a law about obtaining information by deception and it's stated that contravening it is a criminal offence and getting people's names via a silly website comes within the definitions of information and deception then you could be prosecuted. On the whole I guess you're pretty safe!!
Generally I'm glad I left those boxes blank...
