the source data files are served up by http://www.splitsbrowser.org.uk/eventdata.php - you need to give it the eventId as a parameter - which you can work out from the links on the splitsbrowser homepage (e.g. http://www.splitsbrowser.org.uk/eventda ... entId=1162 ) gets you the splits from the OK Nuts trophy (in a zip file).
Note that this is 'unofficial' - i.e. I just had a peek at the HTML source to work it out, so it should probably not be relied upon...

I tried what you suggested, but the file I got certainly wasn't a ZIP file. Has anyone else managed to get the data successfully - I want to import it into Winsplits, and that's very hard with the version displayed on screen.

Solved it!
I discovered that SplitsBrowser is an "open source" program, which means that the source code is freely available. Looking at this, it's clear that "zipped" files can be either PKZIP or GZIP, and if they come from ????.php they're treated as the latter. So, rename the file you download as (say) splits.gz, and then open it with WinZip (or whatever). The result (for the OK Nuts event) looks like a standard SportIdent file with everything separated by semicolons.

SplitsBrowser source is available but is (at least when I looked) way out of date. You have been warned.
