The 2004 Coaching Conference, due to be held on 16th to 18th January 2004 at Lilleshall, the Sports Council's National Centre is open to all orienteers regardless of standard or qualifications. Further details and an application form are available here. Applications close on 19th December 2003 so do not miss your opportunity to take part in this annual event.

much as i'd love to i don't think long terrain training when having not run for about 2½ months is going to be very helpful
