Aire won't have to worry about any Scots, there all in the small clubs competition, NOC on the the other hand will be a worry for Aire!

Let's get jingoistic here for one moment....only if Aire have runners unavailable, as in Peter Palmer Relays! (Yes, I know you've got to get your runners on the start line, and absolutely nothing taken from NOC for great win at Sandhurst, but a bit niggled by Compass Sport comment that Aire only 'pipped' NOC the previous year.....by almost half an hour!)

having just been speaking to a member of the SLOW team who sent me their start list - yes becks, that is what it means, but they've got a lot of other good people on your course as well (gg's obviously been studying their women well )
