M21- 1st John Musgrave, 2nd Murray Strain, 3rd Jez Edwards
Think Alison O'Neil won W20 and Duncan Coombs won M20??

I think this is the top 3 in M20

1. Duncan Coombs (Sco)
2. Rhodri Buffet (Wal)
3. Matt Jones (Wal)

Think Scotland 1st and 3rd in mens relay; 2nd, 3rd and 5th in womens. No other info yet.

Yep, Scotland 1st and 3rd on the guys relays, 2nd and 3rd on the womens. 1st guys team were well clear even before rocky went out on 3rd leg. Solid performances from girls 1st and 2nd teams gave them both podium places.

Scotland won the relays and individuals and therefore the whole thing!!
Good effort Scotland!!
