not sure why i felt i had to say that twice.
I think a tiger could make a good pet, as long as you raise it from birth.
doubt you'd get many thieves if you have a sign on your door saying "Beware of the Tiger"
ahh, Work i know of no better place to waste the day away debating the pros and cons of animals....

It's got to be tigers really - after all - it would'nt be much fun having a cuddle on a shark skin rug infront of the fire - would it?
(even assuming it was a politically correct synthetic alternative - like for instance sand paper!)

A new environmentally friendly coating based on sharks' skin may soon help the U.S. Navy increase ship speeds while saving fuel.
Don't see any Tigers helping the environment...

im not sure if you could get close enough to find out if its skin is smooth :S i think a tiger would be better as a pet. would remind me of an overgrown cat

Tigers have a lot of uses in Chinese medicine, even their dung -

But you can buy a live shark on e-bay.
Not that I'm in any way encouraging either of these - hope this helps.

i agree cobra is indeeed not part of the coversation.
i must admit, i have had a few brewskis, but i have been offered more shark tooth beer than i have been tiger beers.
does that say i frequent the wrong kinda bars, or are the rest of you kinda missing the point?

ahh, theres nothing like waking up in the morning, realising that you had alcohol the night before, and going into work anyway.
hmm. don't actually remember making the post above. 3:18AM? honestly - surprised i was home that early!
you wouldn't catch a Shark making an early exit from a bar. NO - a Shark would definitely stay till the bitter end. a tiger would have a taxi called for it. but a Shark - no way.
A Shark can handle its drink.....
