I had forgotten to set my clock for this so when the main headline on the radio news this morning was the orienteering (ahead of the athletics) I rushed in to work and boy, is it worth it. Some really good results there. Looks like Ewan may have lost a bit from the intermediate to the finish but still a fantastic result and Heather, what a star!!!

apologies for the lack of continued updates from me - nopesport crashed on me. but I was getting fairly excited even if there was no-one around to share it with!!!
