I had forgotten to set my clock for this so when the main headline on the radio news this morning was the orienteering (ahead of the athletics) I rushed in to work and boy, is it worth it. Some really good results there. Looks like Ewan may have lost a bit from the intermediate to the finish but still a fantastic result and Heather, what a star!!!
