I'm hoping Kaiser Bergkvist does well in the high jumping as there is not much British interest tonight.

Could be being a little hopeful but Tim Benjamin was looking strong on the 400m quals this morning - good time into a headwind. Possibly a medal contender we shall see. Relay medals anyone?
