Mharky's top tips be (in no particular order):

SUI - Fabu Hertner
FRA - Philippe Adamski
AUS - Julian Dent
CZE - Jan Palas
SWE - Marcus Millegård
FIN - Hannu Airila
GBR - Scott Fraser

I don't know so much abuot the girls, but here is who i rate:

AUS - Hanny Allston
FIN - Silja Tarvonen
FIN - Heini Wennman
NOR - Betty Ann Bjerkreim Nilsen
SWE - Helena Jansson
GBR - Mhairi Mackenzie

Russians and Czechs always seem to do well, they are normally the fittest people there. End judging by the qualifications the Frech girls are on form just now.

Good luck to Oleg, Scott, Lizzie, Cerys and Mhairi.

It is sooooooo exciting. Let's hope the website behaves itself today. It appeared that the page was refreshing with all the sponsor adverts reloading each time. Is this an Explorer option setting, or a problem with the way the page was written?

After an hard working night the live results finally works fine.

Live results seem to be working smoothly today

Tullie has done brilliantly on the B course finishing 7th and 2 minutes down, Duncan lost quite a bit having been 4th at the radio but finishing 18th.

Jess finished in 46th in the B final, very big disparity in times on that course?

working fine for me although both M&W20A hasn't had anything new for a while

Helen obviously thrown off her cold, won the C final by 10 minutes.

One shouldn't hold back at JWOC. The last 2 years Merz got a full set of Medals. Its only a 25 min short race.
