JWOC Live Results are not working for the Middle Distance Qualification.
(2005-07-12 10:12:08)
"Unfourtunately today the live results does not work, but we will publish news of this race."
They ain't that good at organising then...

one word; capacity.
suddenly you've got hundreds of people logged on all at once (or all at twice, since I have both a men's and a women's page open)and the pages are auto-refreshing every thirty seconds.
Suggest if you are not getting the pages you close it down to take the pressure off.
and rely on nopesport.
if you are getting results - update nopesport

Both windows show exactly the same thing, as its just under news rather than live results.
Hanny Allston, amazing orienteer from AUS and top medal contender, has just finished. She is now leading her heat by only 4 mins! 22:12
Anna Persson, SWE, is leading another heat in 24:48
Capucine Vercilloyti, FRA, is leading other heat in 25:01
Adam Kovacs HUN is leading his heat in 25:18, fastest time of any boy yet, but there are lots of peple in 25 mins.
No mention of the Brits yet, looks like you have to be top 2 or Swiss to get a mention

Once again, there is only 1 live page, updating best times as news. Have only 1 window open else you'll never get updated...
N.B. All the names are reversed
New fastest boy's time:
Michal Krajcík, SLO, 24:52

no, can't tell who it in each heat. But i know those girls are in seperate heats as the fastest time finished before the 2nd fastest time which finished before the 3rd fastest time, so they cant be in the same heat.
20 to qualify.
In the boys you normally have a 2 minute qualifying window behind the leader, in the girls its around 5.
Silja Tarvonen, previous gold medalist from FIN, new fastest time of 24:20
