its a way of expressing your speed.

5 minutes per kilometer. or 0.2 kilometers per minute.

5'/km - too slow for the sprint, and too fast for those big hills on the classic and relay. So ... let's see whose youth runners are better - ours or yours :)

I think he meant 5min/kms at the JIRCs, not at EYC...
