I would have thought that everyone in SYO, EUOC and ShUOC teams can run at that speed. Though whether they can orienteer at night at that speed might be different. :wink:

I think most people will be running that quick. But what if you are running that quick and have to find a 50cm high knoll at night? The first legs may be hunting in small packs but they still don't have reflective bits on controls at night orienteering in the UK do they?
If not why not? And should they?

i can tell you that it was all ready getting light at 3:30 last night when we were falling out the snatch social... just adjusting th bodyclock in preparation!

5:45 winning time. night legs slightly over 5's, day ones way under.
