truprint top tip : dont get the smallest size of prints if you are wanting them on cd as well. Is seems as though they scan your photos to make the photo cd and blow them up to a standard size.

Shows some crappiness in the quality. Pics from my ageing slr.
so I think if you get ur prints in 5x7in or bigger than the smallest size and judging by brooners photo cds it seems like you can get decent quality.

oh aye, another tip about truprint, someone said you get sent envelopes with yer orders. don't use these, they're typically more expensive than the ones they have at service/railway stations & touristy places & wherever else you find them. what you want to do is stock up on these when you see them and its usually at least 50p a film cheaper than the ones they send you, depends on how they charge for postage tho.
cunning eh, get you admiring the cheapness and then y'wont notice the added expense on the ones they send you once you get into the habit of using them.

there used to be a small camera repair shop in marchmont. think it was either on marchmont road or marchmont crescent, just up the hill from where it (either of those two streets) crossed warrender park road.

i'm pretty sure that doesn't exist anymore but i could well be proved wrong.
I'd recommend Cameratiks/Camerabase on Morningside Road, they've done small repairs & given me parts for free in the past and having got my dads camera fixed there too they've seemed pretty swift in getting it done.
