Just out of interest to see which papers orienteers read, following Mrs H's article

What about the Scotsman?!

OK, so i may be the only daily mail reader on nope - but can i just say that the mail sells more papers than The Times, The Independent, the Telegraph and the Observer PUT TOGETHER - and is read by almost 10% of the population - it would be a waste of time to preach to the converted
I leave you all to tackle your own favoured publication - remember - timing and target are key
good luck

I read the Malvern Gazette/Ledbury Reporter. You get a good coverage of orienteering in there. Can't think why
Could be something in Ross Gazette and Hereford Times next week.

Diets and fitness are no good if you can't read the map.

Only goes to show that you Mrs H are totally out of touch with the orienteering majority.

Rob i've heard you flick through a tabloid with eager eyes.
Aye big up the metro - keeps me entertained on the tram in the morning - literally - cmon whats wrong with it
n as for the Sun - aye headline innicitive has gone downhill since I can't remember when - apart from certain parts of it it is rubbish
e.g. Page 3 on election day - supposed to help floating voters decide who to vote for
the Lib Dem 'candidate' reminded me of someone I knew from far off somewhere
I'm still not reading the broadsheets though

I make a point of READING any newspaper I come across (eg left on train or bus seats, in cafes, on benches etc and pick up Metro when I walk past Coventry railway station about 3 days a month, free local papers that are delivered to our house each week) However, I couldn't bring myself to BUY any national newspapers other than Guardian, Independent or Observer. And I do buy and read the Scotsman when I can, which isn't very often in Cambridge!
