does a pretty good job of a live feed itself, there's live video and commentary i think as well, last year my parents watched me finish on tinternet, they called my mobile and said well done before i even had seen the big screen to see what position we were.

back to bed... well it was half 12 here. but i did get about 3 hours extra sleep in before club training. yes it is the life especially for short periods of time like a week. toppen!
