What you need:
10-15 competitors
twice the number of emit units as competitors
sheets of paper
pins
tape

Write the number of half the emit bricks on two sheets of paper, pin one to the back and front of each competitor. Tape the matching emit unit to the back of said competitors (or the forehead for added lol points). Place the remaining unitss at points no more than 1 minute out of site of the start in a rough circle. Hand out maps of these points and individual (unique) control descriptions that go mapped control, person, mapped control, person. First one back wins.
