IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
such has been the declaration of interest in the JK Banter/social/musical evening on Sunday March 27th at the event centre, that it has become apparant that if we are not careful we will exceed the stated fire numbers for the room (250).
I must point out at this stage that the entertainment (quiz night and banter night) have been arranged primarily for the enjoyment of the people who are staying at the campsite, many of whom have expressed the intention of attending both evenings. They, along with the few other people who have been in touch with me and Lester, the performers and helpers are currently standing at over 200. It may be necessary to issue numbered tickets to keep tabs on things, priority will be given to those staying on-site - and it is also possible that parts of the audience will come and go during the evening according to their taste.
As is always the case at these kind of events - the camp site is the hub of things (campsite details have been posted today). There is still time to book - but we need to be in receipt of your booking form and cheque before you will be assured of a place
Many thanks
Lynden and Lester Hartmann

Yes, our "Campsite Chronicle" arrived yesterday. I am really impressed by all the work that's gone into the campsite & event centre - it is going to be fantastic.
Definitely a case of thanks to Mrs H! (and Mr H too)

Ignore Jene - the way she's going she is not going to even get a goody bag - if she enters the sprint O she'll get a prize anyway - is there anything you actually like about it Jene?
The showers are on site - the men's at the rugby club at the top of the car park and the women's at the tennis club at the bottom of the car park and there are unlimited showers at the leisure centre

This may not be welcome but here goes. Everyone who enters the rugby club is given a ticket numbers 1-250 when they enter the hall. When you reach 250 no more can go in. But if they come out they give their ticket back in to someone on the door, who can redistribute these to new comers.
